You may want to start documenting what you and what she is doing "to" the company and not "for" the company.
This would be for your benefit, should she pull some crap on you.
Maybe she has/had ulterior motive and these actions are her way to "pave the way" for whatever she has planned.

Sometimes your "BS" meter starts ringing off the hook when these types of people get involved in your work life.
