Phase 1 is complete, securing the hall.
The following phases would require a collaborate effort of all S-B members or whomever would like to contribute.
Phase 2, raffles, raffles, raffles, & sponsor contribution is greatly appreciated.
Phase 3, entertainment, maybe Clammer can give us the moon as in years past, hopefully he will show up and if so expect it to be a blue moon.
Phase 4, food, desert, beverages, ice, utensils, etc.
Paul indicated earlier to pm him the food items that you will be bringing.
