I really do lift a lot.
I figure I'm exercising 2 hours a day, every day, and PT twice a week.
I think the back is like 90% there...the disks slipped back into place, and my core is stronger than ever. Miracles of modern science through blood, sweat, and tears of exercise.
Shoulder gets worse every day. 5 more weeks to the surgery.
