BW, I have 50lb PP on a Nautil 7500, Tica Tauraus
and VS 200. I only do a quick pull, no drag, after each cast to make sure there isnt a loop around the knob. Its second nature now. I also manually close my bails. I am often in situations casting into a stiff wind and havent had significant problems.
I had heard of the beakoff problems but not experienced it
