nice rundown in the current RISSA newsletter explaining the nature of the Feb 16th meeting and RIDEM's "LEAN" initiative....it would be great for the deciders to get a steady flow of opinion on this throughout the week and leading up to the meeting....we can be sure the the folks pushing a two fish option are not resting

I noted in a recent RISSA newsletter that in recognition of the noted striper decline their annual spring bass tourney will now be catch-and-release only
