That is why the vast majority here think 1@28 is such a fairly pathetic step. 1@28 for some and a bs amalgam of 2 fish for the pro boats is contemptible. You, et al., keep beating the horse about guys here only caring about the charter boats. That is a red herring. The whole management effort is fatally flawed and the special intere$t exemption is a kick in the junk.
