Welcome back Gus... Couple things: If you see a big school of blues on the surface and motor through to tube-n-worm the potential of bass below - you'll most likely put down the school and break it up. IF you're gonna do that AND the other boat traffic is light (on Narr Bay - not likely) you can work the periphery... Your best best is to have the local NOAA chart and the local Cap'n Seagulls chart and mark the ledges, aka reefs, if you're going to troll. Find the ledges and work where it drops off. you also need to get your gear down and dirty on the bottom - far easier on the tube (and less $$ when things go wrong)...
