Too Much History
To clear the history and prevent more from coming in and revealing your surfing habits you have two options with IE.
1. Tools/Internet Options/Temporary Internet Files/Settings ( and put it to 1 or 2 MB of space )
NOTE: Cookies don't gather information or intelligence, they do remember what you did last time at that site and ease the job for your browser when you return by retaining certain voluntary information you enter the first time. This DOES NOT include any sensitive info such as CC # or addresses.
2. Tools/Internet Options/History/ ( set it to 1 or 2 days )
In both instances - clear the subject after you make the settings.
The only drawback to these settings is that your IE has to load the site page and pictures each time you go back.
Both those settings make it easy (by storing information on your computer ) for your Browser to remember what was there to load it faster the next time you return to that site.
