Classic example of having a heart in the right place and a head in the wrong place.
I100% agree that we shouldn't have a license, but at the same time, I look at what that money can do and happily pay in to the fund.
Wakefield just got a new herring ladder... Gansett got a new and improved boat ramp, so it actually see tang able results from the liscence money. I'm all for it.
