Agreed 100%. But that's my point. The party and charters are by far the major catch and that's were the 1@28 reg could make a big difference since most of those fish are breeders. I have for the past 7-8 years been out with a certain very accomplished charter captain. We almost always catch and I have never seen a fish under 34" that I can recall. I stopped going last year but that's my issue. I have nothing personal about for hire boats, just trying to do my part as I see it.
