I saw this: "In an effort to prevent further harm, the Federal Plover Protection Agency has restricted all access to the immediate and nearline coastal waters of Massachusetts from Wesport, Ma to Quincy Ma, to Truro, Ma. This will take effect upon this notification and will last until the last elements of contamination have dissipated (estimated time of dissipation: 47 years).
