Outer Cape
Outer Cape was blazing hot for most of the spring, then seemed to just shut off like a someone flipping a switch.
Tons of weed this summer has really hurt as well. If you don't fish bait(which I don't other than live eels which is similar in lots of ways to plug fishing) then it's been hard to fish much out there since mid-late June. You have to search hard for clean water.
We'll see what the fall brings..hopefully improvement.
