What I have been experiencing and thinking the past 3-4 years including this season. You guys got very spoiled.

Jealous? Yes.
Fish will be around? I'll keep going with low expectations but high confidence. Been 18-22" bass the few times I actually caught them, lucky the bluefish have been big to keep me distracted since the bass hits were never with authority and the "fight" felt more like me reeling in a ball of seaweed.

I'll let you know when the bass become plentiful because if I'm catching, multiply it by 3 for those who are able to do it more than me and better...considering I'm probably the age of many people's grandkids
