There is Federal Law on not desegrating the American Flag. The socialist liberal democrats of the supreme court in 1989 ruled that the federal law goes against first admendment rights of freedom of speech......recently a person hung the flag upside down to demostrate the country is in distress ,was arrested and in court also was ruled the first admendment right.
Little that some do not know the conferate flag had the same rules but never enforced such as the KKK should not have been permitted to use that flag.....
