5 hours flogging between two of us got one bone from the rocks. Only 3 pods the whole morning came within range. I had 4 good casts into a large pod that came up for over a minute 20 yards in front of me and they didn't want what I was throwing.
The other guy got one on the 2nd cast into the same pod. By the time I changed up they were out of range and stayed there. The other two pods that came through earlier were small and only stayed up less than 30 seconds total I'd say.
From shore the bait is very thick but the fish aren't, yet - at least where I'm going.
