Might be true but I have been fat all my life. Not morbidly obese but overweight.
Well, on Feb 8th of this year I said NO ^%^$#$ MORE. I'm down 47 pounds and have totally changed my lifestyle.
No red meat. No beer. Wine one day a week and chicken and fish in moderation. A little oatmeal, a boiled egg and a banana for breakfast. No lunch and a sensible dinner. Fat free popcorn and an orange for a snack at night.
It has worked for me. Dropped my blood pressure so far that my cardio doc has cut back on my BP meds as I was 100/60.
I am never going back to fat land. If I had done this 30 years ago maybe my knees wouldn't be so bad.
