Personally I think we have a situation that can become very confusing. Let's keep it simple on not make the lawyers rich. John original e-mail realy talks about jackpot types of things, house, non profits etc. Just split jackpots and leave the original ticket holder 100% of lower prizes. If no winners we all ante up again. If we get lucky and hit the jackpot we'll all get life changing money but not tens of mils. We'll have enough fun managing properties and who gets what dates and how is maint. paid etc. I say leave it at the jackpot level only.
