Loosing weight hasn't been an issue, the lbs are dropping away, nothing I eat stays in my system long enough to be absorbed. I'm going to light a fire under my primary today to get me in to see someone sooner than my April 20th appointment. But yesterday I picked up a bunch of gluten free sandwich wraps, snacks and probably should have gone a little easier on my first taste (wine) of alcohol in two weeks. Between the wine and the grilled broccoli, peppers and mushrooms to go with the steaks, was up multiple times last night.
