My wife has something similar going on. She developed an allergy to Soy. As Soy is in pretty much EVERYTHING - 90% of foods have some form of soy or vegetable oil derived from soy.

What I would recommend is a few days of this:

Breakfast: plain egg, ham, not other ingredients

Lunch salad no other ingredients other than base stuff like ham or egg for protein and be VERY careful on salad dressing.

Dinner, plain chicken or fish with no real toppings. Get a few days of zero Soy though you and see what happens.

You need to check every label for anything which is mixed.
