Unfortunately you cannot "make" someone love fishing as much as you, but you can show them how much you enjoy it.
They may not "get it" right away, but when the hustle and bustle of every day life begins to wear you/them down, the peace and tranquility and the thrill of surf casting will help relieve the stress.
Sure, they may not pull an all-niter, but a day in a kayak on your favorite river/pond? they may just want to relax and take pictures.
I do both while I am out, fishing first and shutter-bugging when I see something I find photo worthy.
