My mom couldn't stand fishing for like 50 years. Then, all of a sudden, she picked it up.
Rappin Mikey used to hate to fish. I moved to the Cape and brought him with me just so we could fish together. He reluctantly started at that point.
Far as I go, I really like fishing with people who are serious, but also want to see other people catch fish. #^&#^&#^&#^&y, marky, and Surfking (Seano) are all like that when we fish. They help other people out, pull hooks out of peoples hands, etc.
Fishing has been my favorite pastime for 45 years. It constantly amazes me who ends up going and stays a member of the group.
My finish to this start...you let somebody reel in a couple, let them know that the invitation is always open, and whoever shows that day are my favorite loved ones to fish with.
