No I would not just accept it actually he was not found guilty by the 3 judge panel of deflating....the ruling came from a 3 judge panel of which 2 agreed with goodell based on their decision, the judges did not consider the underlying facts of the case, looked solely at whether Goodell, as arbitrator, acted in the spirit of the collective bargaining agreement.....
