, but was curious as to how the striper fishing was up there. Here in Montauk and Long Island In general it has been the worst season since the moratorium. The north shore which are primarily the Hudson River stock has not been as bad. I am pretty sure that RI gets the benefits of both Chesapeake and Hudson stock. In Montauk it is primarily Chesapeake stock which is why I think it is so dismal. Very muck like the 80's.
