Here's another scenario to consider....

Since they are removing all the toll-takers and replacing them with scanners, they means they don't have to pay salaries for that position, which means costs should GO DOWN over time, as they won't have to pay salaries, benefits or pay increases.

Since costs should go down (at least in the REAL world they would)
Shouldn't the tolls end up going down in process over time?

Now, anyone that believes that the state isn't going to use the tolls as a constant money-making scheme, raising prices whenever they need cash for another "wet-dream" fiasco, please stand on your head!!!

Funny how a project that has been paid for over and over again, never seems to be "finished" in the eyes of the money-grubbing politicians???
