I am the man of 1000 questions...

Ok, as stated below A. I need a new jetty rod
B. I may have found a blank I like and want to redo it...

What would be the bear bones minimum required items to wrap a rod (the obvious like blank, guides and motor/stand not included as I have these three).. I'm talking threads, tools, expoxies, etc.. not looking for the fanciest rod.. just a barebones list of basicis to make a rod that won't fall apart on my halfway through next season...
