I typically just fish them with both trebles but I'll upgrade the hooks to Vmcs. 2/0 for beaches and 3/0 for canal on the middle size version. Almost everyone takes the back hook off or swaps it for a dressed siwash though. What's great about them is all the different ways you can retrieve em.
