Yes I am right hand dominant. I prefer holding the rod in my right hand which is why I am using a left hand retrieve conventional. I'm using a Shimano torium 16 which is a great reel, maybe a bit heavy. I'm going to try out the new Tranx. I also like the trinidad but they only make them in a right hand retrieve.
