The sticker on my 18 reads 7 people MAX....
Even if not fishing, I'd never have 7 people on board....(short of helping a fellow boater in need).
I'm thinking they were going from "point A" to "point B".....but even then,...
Sad to say, but that's a memory that'll haunt them forever.
