theses parties are private organizations and can do as they please ( like the super superdelegates or RNC tried to changes the rules because thought Trump wouldn't win ) few laws govern them because theses to parties make the Laws . and they have made 3rd parties an impossible choice.. Both parities are equally bad around theses issue.. to argue anything else makes you an enabler
