John, I heard through the grapevine that this was a response to an equally nasty email.. sorta like Jan was baited into saying that... as everyone on the www should know.. dont hit send when you are angry!

Yes, it was over Fluke, I think a few constituents thought that Jan wasnt fighting hard enough for a larger commercial fluke quota.. but you didnt hear that from me
