so I'm asking each of you regulars to weigh in.
2 people were corresponding (#1 and #2) and I want your opinion on what the last response (from #2 below) means.
There are 3 issues - fee increase, commission on Rx and an amount of a decrease in credits.

#1 How about this – no fee increase and no commission paid for Rx with a $75K decrease in credits. Let’s close this out!
#2 No, I already sold all of that and a $60k decrease. That was already a good compromise between by $0 and your $90
