Yup. My father would kick azz with his old Parker, regularly shooting 24 with an occasional 25. I would go with him as a teenager and was always amazed how a 24 wouldn't get him aggravated, as I would have gone crazy.... Something to do with the Greatest Generation. They knew what the important stuff was.
