Thanks Jamie, you head north on Rt1, go past Charlestown Breachway, until you see signs for Succotash Rd, and Jerusalem (there is one previous exit for Matunuck Beach that you don't want). Stay on Succotash Rd, stay right at the fork in the road (nice Cape Cod style house on the fork) and follow all the way. After you pass a large beach area you will come to a mini rotary. To the right, you'll see a Do Not Enter sign for non-residents. Just past this rotary is parallel parking on the left side for about 10 vehicles. This is the best place to park. Once geared up, walk up that road where the Do Not Enter/Kenyon membership vehicles only sign and off to the beach and the Wall.
I would reccomend splash pants/ hip boots or otherwise wet weather gear because there is a fair amount of splashing water along the Wall. No reason to fish the inside of the harbor just outside facing west.
