Yes, that's a lie. He claimed Article 2 power, not unlimited power. And your video was a specific reference to his power to remove Mueller. And yes, he constitutionally had the power to remove him. Yes, that is a lie. He specifically said that he did not want to kill 10 million people. He did not want to wipe Afghanistan off the face of the earth. He did not consider committing, as you put it, "Genocide." You try very hard to paint whatever he says or does in the most negative way.
