Since this is the rubric for good performance as a Congressman, Trump might look at Kentucky with a 17.2% poverty rate and ask why #MoscowMitch hasn't done anything about it despite his 5 terms in Congress. You can toss opiods in with that, since it also a big issue in #MoscowMitch's home state. |
