-Is married to coal CEO; both are major Trump/ Mitch donors;
-First time *ever* for big donor in UN job
-In that job before: future prez (GHWB), former SCOTUS (Goldberg), true heavyweights (Moynihan, Kirkpatrick, Adlai S)
