just spreading the reports i've been reading off of some of the other boards today...seems the plymouth nuke plant and millstone are closed to fishing effective immediately (probably for rest of season anyway)
...there is also a 1000 yard buffer zone in place around the plymouth discharge...no boats allowed in millstone discharge either...lets hope they reopen them next season...
