Avoid dial up modems if you can.
For business, technically they want more money for DSL or Cable.
They are comparable with cheap dsl being sometimes cheaper than cable but comparable speed plans have business class dsl much more than cable.
Both require "modems" that are specific to the flavor of broadband. A dial up modem won't work.
