trying to get some fly casting practice in the yard....I will never be more prepared for a season...usually have tons of plans that I realize I didn't get to most of them and it's already June...wondering what fw opening day will look like in RI(usually avoid this but curious) it could be interesting....if I go to Mass to fish and come back to RI do I have to quarantine for 14 days?
