Jim, China and the US have a symbiotic relationship. China is the parasite and the US is the host. Trump never pointed the finger at the full problem. The finger he pointed at was that the tick was getting bloated off the dog. When he did not say was the owner of the dog was too cheap to pay for the frontline to be applied to protect the dog in the first place. All he did was say that the ticks were bad and we were going to charge more for the dog food
