Agreed. I was fortunate in my early professional life to work for a manager who surrounded himself with the best talent he could find, knowing their talent would be what made him be considered the best in the city/region. Similar to Reagan. There was no chest beating. Unfortunately that is not the style of doing business in the NYC area, and that is where he cut his teeth..
