I wonder if they're closing the GI bridge to fishing, with squid around the corner, the NY/CT/MA guys are out. That will give RI'ers the entire bridge... even if it's just 5 guys at a time
, (with the others waiting in their cars for the rotation of course). I'm sure you'll see a police presence there...
