Communications with people other than the patient has also been greatly reduced during this emergency.
Guess some patients are out of luck. They may not have a heart condition, but if they can't tell the docs that, then they won't get the med.
Hydroxychloroquine also seems to only be effective if given early in the course of treatment, not as a last resort.
