It's the political forum and people do get passionate about their views. Is talking about someone's father being passionate or be a classless person?

Why do I have to use the block function or ignore function? He seems to have violated the rules again this morning a few times.
If you say that there a new rules here and nothing reaches the level that the moderators find offensive, I am fine with that and will respond to him with the same type of insults he posts here.
