But on a more positive note, I should point out to all the 'yakkers out there that this is a historic opportunity! I'm guessing this is gonna
take a lot of the motorboats off the water, as people can't go out with their friends, so this may open up a LOT of areas for yakking in the summer that weren't doable before due to constant wakes. My list would include, where I have 'yakked before (have posted trip
reports on a number of spots)

Portsmouth Piscataqua
Hampton Harbor
Ipswich Crane Beach
Gloucester Harbor
Salem/Beverly Harbor
Boston Harbor
Canal (either side; watch for those currents)

and not to mention for the freshwater guys:

It's personally already affected me in that it will cause me to switch my annual Wareham sea bass motorboat rental trip to a 'yak trip,
but that's OK! It's one I've been looking forward to doing for a long time. Off we go yakkers!
