Which level are you referring to? Insulting people with Downs, or tattling to the moderators? Because as far as I can see, he has the distinction of being the only one to stoop to both of those levels.
Again, that's what the D stands for, in TDS. I think they see the likelihood of re-election (which I still don't think is as likely as I wish it were) and it broke their brains.
