I dunno Pete.... acquired taste for sure.
Last few years I've tried it a few different ways...
Pan-seared steaks...

Broiled/Baked in the oven w/crumbs...

Grilled steaks....

Even deep-fried....
My 80 yr. old dad insists he likes it.... but he's like "Mikey", he eats everything & anything, his generation was built on never refusing a meal as they were hard to come by...me, not so much...
