he wins either way...simply suggesting that he will nominate someone has sent the loons into the stratosphere, let them continue squawking and threatening for a few weeks....he'll just keep toying with them...we remember what they did during the Kavanaugh hearings...they would descend to even lower depths if he does and will likely anyway if he just threatens...should be fun and instructional....
