This indeterminate tidbit does not dismiss the lawless actions of the FBI against Flynn. And Sullivan's ignoring those actions just keeps the stink going and collaterally gathering more stink. The whole thing needlessly stinks. And the FBI's stinky, dangerous, actions caused it.
