If you look at every sit in protest that has happened since the 60's and counted all who participated; that's one SH*T load of people. I'd also bet a majority of them today are respected citizens, with families and contributing to society. Jim it's like you need to look for a fight every day, get some help, maybe take up boxing or some martial arts to let loose of the anger.
